Returns and refunds

Ready-to-ship pieces

You can ask to return an unworn piece, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. Message us or email us with your order number to start a return.

Made-to-measure pieces

These are cut and stitched for you, so they can't be returned unless there's a fault. If something isn't right with the fit against the measurements you gave us, contact us and we'll work out an alteration.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or refund it, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
